1. Product Description: We strive to ensure that the pictures and descriptions of the jewelry displayed on the website accurately reflect the actual situation of the products. However, due to differences in photography techniques, monitor settings, and the natural characteristics of handmade products, there may be slight differences between the actual product and the pictures or descriptions. Each piece of work on this website is handmade and not produced on a factory assembly line. (Due to the handmade nature, 100% replication accuracy cannot be achieved.) The product may have bubbles or minor imperfections. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
2. Price and Payment: All product prices are denominated in US dollars and include applicable taxes (if any). We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, etc. Users should complete the payment within the specified time after submitting an order, otherwise the order will be automatically canceled. During the payment process, users should ensure that the payment information provided is accurate and bear any losses resulting from incorrect payment information or fraudulent behavior.
3. Order Processing and Shipping: We will process the order and arrange shipping within 5 working days after receiving the user’s order and confirming the payment (except for customized products, the shipping time of which will be executed according to the customization terms). Users can track the shipping status and logistics information of their orders by logging into their accounts and accessing the “My Orders” page.
4. Inventory and Out-of-Stock: We will do our best to ensure that the products displayed on the website are available for purchase and scheduling. However, due to the popularity and supply situation of the products, which may change at any time, certain products may be out of stock. If the product ordered by the user is out of stock due to a shortage of raw materials, we will notify the user in a timely manner and provide suggestions for alternative products or a refund option.

IV. Customization Service

1. Customization Process:
   • Selecting Customized Products: When browsing the jewelry on our website, if users find a product they like but wish to make changes to elements such as the style, color, or expression, they can directly place an order for that product and provide detailed descriptions of the expected style changes, color preferences, and specific expressions (if any) in the order remarks column.
   • Payment of Customization Fees: For the customized orders submitted by users, an additional customization fee of $10 is required in addition to the price of the product itself. Users should complete the payment of all fees within 24 hours after submitting the order to ensure the smooth start of the customization process. We will begin arranging the customization production work after confirming the receipt of the customization fees.
   • Communication for Design and Production (if necessary): In the case of some more complex or special customization requirements, our customer service team or designers may contact the user to further discuss the customization details and ensure that both parties have a complete understanding of the customization plan. Users should keep their contact information unblocked and actively cooperate with the communication so that we can better meet their customization expectations.
   • Quality Inspection and Delivery: After the customized jewelry is completed, we will conduct a strict quality inspection to ensure that it meets the user’s customization requirements and the high-quality standards of our website. After passing the inspection, we will arrange for prompt shipment and notify the user of the shipping information, including the logistics tracking number, via email or text message.
2. Customization Service Description:
   • Limitations of Customization Range: The customization services we provide mainly target changes to appearance elements such as style, color, and expression. There may be certain limitations regarding the basic structure, material characteristics, and size specifications of the product. The specific customizable range will be clearly informed to users on the product details page or through customer service communication. If a user proposes requirements beyond the reasonable customization range, we will negotiate a solution with the user, which may involve additional fees or the inability to meet the customization needs, and the specific result will depend on the actual situation.
   • Design Copyright and Uniqueness: The copyright of the jewelry design customized by the user belongs jointly to the user and our website. Our website has the right to use some design elements of the customized works for internal design reference, promotional activities, and demonstrating our customization service capabilities without disclosing the user’s privacy and without using them for commercial competition. However, we will strictly protect the user’s personal information and design details to ensure that the user’s rights and interests are not violated. At the same time, we will do our best to ensure the uniqueness of each customized jewelry piece. However, in some cases, due to the universality of design elements or limitations of production processes, there may be a certain degree of similarity, but this does not affect the unique value and personalized characteristics of the customized jewelry.
   • Customization Time Commitment: Under normal circumstances, we will complete the production and shipment of the customized jewelry within 5 working days after receiving the user’s customized order and confirming the payment. However, in the event of special situations such as shortages in raw material supply, high process complexity, or force majeure factors, the delivery time may be delayed. We will promptly notify the user and provide detailed explanations and the expected delivery time, hoping that the user can understand and show some patience and support.

Return and Exchange for Non-Customized Products: For non-customized jewelry, if the user is not satisfied with the product within 14 working days after receiving it and the product remains in its original state (not worn, not damaged, and with the label intact), the user can apply for a return or exchange. The user shall bear the shipping cost of returning the product. After receiving the returned product and verifying that it is in good condition, we will process a refund or exchange service for the user (if the user chooses an exchange, we will bear the shipping cost of re-shipping).
2. Return and Exchange for Customized Products: Since customized jewelry is made according to the specific requirements of users and has strong personalized characteristics, we do not accept return and exchange applications from users except for quality issues. Please users carefully confirm their customization requirements and product details before submitting a customized order to ensure that the customized jewelry meets their expectations. If the customized jewelry received by the user has quality problems, such as jewelry damage, production process defects, or a serious discrepancy from the customization requirements, please contact our customer service team within 7 working days after receiving the product and provide relevant photo or video evidence. After verifying the situation, we will provide a free return and exchange service for the user, including bearing the round-trip logistics costs, and re-producing or replacing the customized jewelry that meets the quality standards as soon as possible to ensure the protection of the user’s rights and interests.
